This is a personal, non-commercial project. No goods or services are sold, and the site does not generate revenue.
Privacy policy
We keep this simple and collect as little as possible. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't run advertising or third-party tracking.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can read and reply to you. Legal basis: your request / consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you signed up, plus whether you confirmed, so we can notify you when the Advanced apps are released. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs: like most websites, the hosting server may briefly log technical request data (e.g. IP address) for security and operation.
Double opt-in
When you sign up for the newsletter we send a confirmation email first. You're only added once you click the confirmation link, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting us.
Email delivery
Outgoing emails (confirmations, replies and notifications) are sent through Google's Gmail service, which therefore processes the email address and message content needed to deliver them.
Cookies
We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie that keeps forms and the admin login secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like. Just use the unsubscribe link or the contact form.
